Your happiness with your art matters most! If a piece doesn’t feel right in your space, you’re welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days, as long as it’s in the same condition. Return shipping is covered by the client. To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must first be returned to me in its original condition. Custom commissions are final sale and cannot be refunded due to their personalized nature. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once I receive the artwork and confirm its condition, I will process your refund promptly, within 1-3 business days.

 

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged when artwork crosses international borders are the responsibility of the client. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. I appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check with your local customs office if you have any questions about potential fees.
