14-Day Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges at no cost to the client for a hassle free and seamless artwork shopping experience! 

 

To request a return or exchange, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request.

 

All returned items must:

 

• Be in original condition that you received the artwork 

• Be returned in original packaging

Damages

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, don't worry you are covered! Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

 

• Photos of the artwork

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the shipping label​

Refunds

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.

Important Notes

• Shipping is included in the original purchase price of all artwork

• Return shipping is covered by me! Just email me first :)

 

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged when artwork crosses international borders are the responsibility of the client. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. I appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check with your local customs office if you have any questions about potential fees.
