Shipping is included in the price of all artwork.

Packaging
Every order is packed with care to ensure your artwork arrives safe and ready to enjoy. Here’s how we prepare your paintings and prints for shipping:

Protective Wrapping
Each piece is carefully wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap to provide cushioning and prevent any surface damage.

Protective Corners
Sturdy corner protectors are added to all paintings to keep edges and corners safe from bumps during transit.

Custom Packing Tape & Secure Boxing
The wrapped artwork is placed into a rigid, appropriately sized shipping box. We seal every box with custom packing tape for added durability and security.

Final Touches
Before shipping, we double-check that the artwork is snug inside the box, with no room to shift or bend during transport. Prints are shipped flat or in sturdy tubes (depending on size) to protect against creases. Larger works may be shipped in custom-built crates.
With this process, your art is fully protected from studio to your home.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, we will provide the relevant shipping details so you can file a claim directly with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
If a return or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
